SERVICE REQUEST WORK ORDER

Repairs will be completed as typical industry standards dictate. We charge a minimum trip charge of $35.00
which includes 1/2 hour of repair work that can be done on the initial trip. For lengthy repairs our service rate is
$60.00 per hour plus cost of parts. We can provide job cost estimates after making the initial trip.
